Terms of Use of the IBD Website

History of IBD

Integrated Business Design (IBD) is not a company but a network of experts (freelancers) with complementary skills. IBD is committed to the dissemination of knowledge in the area of digital media and digital transformation and the development of tools and techniques to help companies to make the best use of global digital information infrastructures.

The first idea for IBD was conceived in October 2009 by Susan Williams, Petra Schubert and Catherine Hardy. The domain name “integrated-business-design” (.com, .eu and .de) was first registered on 25.01.2010. The original logo was developed with the help of the Online Crowd Service 99designs.com in January 2011. The first version of the IBD Website went online in November 2013 after a series of design and planning workshops. After three years of successful operation, the IBD design was completely renewed (new website template, new logo) and the website was re-launched in August 2016.
